 | In this section of the RPG members will create a character designed specifically to their liking. After a members Character Application receives approval from an Administrator or Moderator of this RPG that members character may begin role playing in the HYBRIDS Universe. All members are required to follow the guidelines and are welcome to ask for help if needed.
